2021's Awesomeness
This is from our amazing year 7 and 8 movie night. We raised an incredible $550.90. All thanks to everyone who came!
↑ Some awesome year 7 students have set their challenge this year to go up Mount Iron as many times as they can within the 40 hours. Such a cool challenge to choose! And great to see posters like these all along the mountain.
↑ We have done 3 sausage sizzles at Mitre 10 so far! Great to see some awesome community support each time we're out there fundraising.
↑ Each committee this year has been tasked with the challenge to help out with the fundraising journey of 40HF. The sports committee has certainly raised the bar, putting on a movie night for Wanaka's year 5s and 6s, showcasing the Incredibles!
They raised OVER $600. This is unbelievable! Thanks again sports committee!
Year 7 student, Hannah Radford, and her sister, Lucy, in year 9 dedicated their challenge towards making meals for food for love. This is an epic achievement, and so great to see them giving back to our local community, whilst fundraising for our wider, global community!
First Hype Week Event - Teacher Breakfast
We had a fantastic time preparing cheese scones with ingredients sponsored by four square, savouries from Kai Pai and treats from Pembroke Patisserie! Great to see all the teachers involved and enjoying some delicious food.
Second Hype Week Event - Deans' Three Legged Race
Great to see some fantastic spirit out on the three legged course. It was definitely a very enjoyable race! Thank you to the teachers!

Third Hype Week Event - Cultural Committee concert
Thank you so much to the Cultural Committee for putting on an great concert. Everyone had an awesome time, and we managed to raise $150!

The male house leaders in true 40HF spirit got their legs waxed in front of the school. So cool to see them getting involved.
Last Hype Week Event - Photos with a Chicken and Sausage Sizzle
We were lucky enough to have a real chicken come into school and take lots of cool photos with students. We also had a yummy sausage sizzle to further the fundraising!
